In the Spring of 2009 Google rented a herd of 200 goats to "mow" the land at their Mountain View California headquarters. It was a "low-carbon" alternative to the lawnmowers they occasionally hired. The objective was "to clear weeds and brush" in order to reduce fire hazards. This was not a first. A few years earlier Yahoo introduced this as a method of corporate land management.

The DELMARVA GOAT ASSOCIATION:

The Delmarva Goat Association was organized in April 2007.
Its members are comprised of adult and youth producers, breeders and exhibitors of meat goats, dairy goats, and Pygmy goats.

The purpose of the Delmarva Goat Association is to promote
the Education, Breeding, Showing and Marketing of all goat breeds within the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia (DELMARVA) region through networking, professional seminars, clinics, breeding and marketing services, and sanctioned shows.

Sheep Foot Health Project
As part of their SARE-funded Sheep Foot Health Project, the University of Maine has created a video on hoof trimming.  The video is equally applied to both sheep and goats.
The video is also informative about foot rot, a highly contagious disease that can affect both species.
